We offer two kinds of Registration Tariffs based on the kinds of Lunch and Dinner and the dining hall. You are encouraged to pick one of the two options - "Option A" or "Option B"

Option A: Registration with Simple VEG MEAL PLAN

The Registration Option A consists of the following for two days:

• Entry ticket to the Conference.
• Fixed seats in the Auditorium.
• Simple lunch (on 5th & 6th Dec 2009) and dinner (on 5th Dec 2009 only) consisting of rice, dal, puri, vegetable and a sweet at Prasadam Hall. Meals are served by Volunteers and the seats are on the floor.
• Herbal Tea in the evenings.
• Souvenir Kit.

Option B: Registration with Special VEG MEAL PLAN

The Registration Option B consists of the following for two days:

• Entry ticket to the Conference.
• Fixed seats in the Auditorium.
• Special buffet lunch (on 5th & 6th Dec 2009) and dinner (on 5th Dec 2009 only) at Govinda Hall. Meals are served by yourselves and dining table & chairs are provided on first-come first-served basis.
• Herbal Tea in the evenings.
• Souvenir Kit.

Deadline for Early Registration: 10th November 2009. 

Cancellation of Registration: Due to certain unfavorable reasons, if a delegate wants to cancel registration, he/she may request through e-mail to registration@usdd.org.

• For cancellation of Registration on or before 10th November 2009, 75% will be refunded.
• For cancellation of Registration after 10th November 2009, 50% will be refunded.
